Review, advisory and build from Lucerne and Frankfurt

For individuals and companies. Seven services. Review first, then build.

AI: review and build

We review what is already there: gaps, security, optimisation. Notes, not an audit theatre. We then build what is missing: skills, tools, plugins, mods and bots. Coaching, if the team already works with AI. KhutbaLive is built AI, not a slide deck.

Websites

A site in the browser is often enough: the company, the offer, a booking path, the language. Swiss Alp Lucerne, Morocco Rooftent and GoBeldi show three scales, from transfers to a full shop platform. If you already have something built with AI, we can take it over.

Apps

iOS and Android, often as a social app or a community app. HipMeal shares leftover food. HipSmile matches help with the person who needs it. GoBeldi is a full shop platform with products, admin and two apps. ManzelHelp and ManzelHelp Agent run an admin panel, staff, appointments and calendar, profiles and services. KhutbaLive is the complete system for mosques, with admin, mosque admin, mobile apps and Android TV.

Relaunch

Bring an old site or an AI draft to production, without reinventing the company. Frontend, SEO and performance. This agency site is itself a relaunch. If a domain is already live, we start there.

Security advisory

Clear rules for access, data and cloud setup. Also when reviewing a third-party or AI-generated setup. Not a pentest, not an ISO review. For AI and cybersecurity, teams in Morocco, Egypt and Germany work with us. Jonas is in Lucerne and Frankfurt, and conversations also run online.

Backends and cloud

Most products sit on Firebase or Supabase: auth, database, files, serverless. GoBeldi, ManzelHelp and KhutbaLive need that. A private server fleet is not part of the offer.

SEO and GEO

Google through title, schema, sitemap and hreflang. Language models through sentences you can quote, llms.txt, ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. A review of an existing site includes whether Google and a model can describe the company correctly. Swiss Alp Lucerne follows the same line. We do not promise rankings.

How a project runs

Time to Market is not a separate package. It is how we build: AI in the editor, a clear scope line, live as soon as the core stands. Four steps, always in this order.

  1. Conversation

What should go live, for whom, in which language. Online, by phone or email. In person in Lucerne, Frankfurt and nearby.

  2. Scope

What sits in the first cut and what comes later. That first cut sets the timeline.

  3. Build

Frontend, app or backend, with the tools the project needs. AI sits in the build. It does not replace review.

  4. Launch

Domain, stores where needed, schema and the copy people will quote later.

Common questions

How soon does a project go live?

How large the first cut is decides the timeline. A client site with a few languages is shorter than a marketplace with an app. Time to Market means AI sits in the build. It does not mean every project finishes in the same window.

Do you build apps for iOS and Android?

Yes. GoBeldi, ManzelHelp, ManzelHelp Agent and KhutbaLive run on the phone. KhutbaLive also runs on Android TV. Which framework a project uses is listed in the portfolio.

Do you only work in Switzerland?

Jonas lives in Lucerne and Frankfurt. An online meeting works from anywhere. In person in Lucerne, Frankfurt and nearby, with no public office. Client work sits in Switzerland and Morocco. Teams for AI and cybersecurity sit in Morocco, Egypt and Germany. There is no branch office there.

Is security advisory a pentest?

No. We advise on access, data and cloud setup for websites and apps. For a dedicated pentest or a certificate we are not the right address. Setup details sit on the About page.

Can I hand over an existing project?

Yes. That is the relaunch. We look at what is live and rebuild the part that gets in the way. Domain and content do not have to start from zero.
