Privacy notice

As of 22 October 2026. This notice follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in force since 1 September 2023.

2. Principle: no client database

PilatusWeb does not run an account system, newsletter, tracking, ad network or its own client database on this website. There is no online payment and no registration.

Enquiries, offers and later work run by email, phone or WhatsApp. There is no contact form on the website and no storage of enquiries on a server.

3. Data we process

If you write to us, we process the details you send. Typically: name, email address, phone number, message content and later project facts needed for the work.

Under the FADP this is processing needed for a contract or steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not build profiles, take automated individual decisions or run scoring.

4. Purpose and retention

Email, phone and WhatsApp are used to reply, to quote, to perform the contract and to follow up. We do not pass it on for advertising and we send no newsletter.

Correspondence and files that belong to the business are kept as long as the purpose and statutory retention require. Business books and accounting records must as a rule be kept for ten years under the Code of Obligations.

5. Technical data when you visit

When you open a page, the host may keep ordinary server logs: IP address, time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system. This is for operation, security and fault-finding. These logs are not combined with your emails into a profile and are deleted after a short period unless they are needed for security.

PilatusWeb sets no tracking cookies of its own and does not use Google Analytics.

6. Third-party services on the site

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google may receive your IP address and device data. This may go to the United States. Google relies among other things on standard contractual clauses.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, HipMeal and HipSmile lead to other sites. WhatsApp belongs to Meta. Their privacy rules apply only when you click.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to the owner Said Zejjari, the contact Jonas and, where needed, IT or hosting partners acting on instruction. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

You may ask for access to personal data we process, have inaccurate data corrected, obtain your data in a common electronic format, ask for deletion where no retention duty stands in the way, and object to processing.

Write to info@pilatusweb.ch. Access is usually free. We may check that the request comes from you.

You may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, edoeb.admin.ch.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Email is still not a fully closed channel. Do not send especially sensitive data unencrypted if you can avoid it.

10. Changes

If processing changes, we update this notice. The version on the site at the time of your visit applies.
